We completely get it, we change our minds too! If you purchased an item by mistake and would like to cancel your order, please contact us. We offer a 12-hour window after purchase to cancel your order should you change your mind.
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, or if your product arrives damaged, please send us an email and include a photo of your product. We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase!

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. If you're located outside of the United States and Canada, please contact us to see if we can arrange a special order.

Once you place an order, it is processed within 24 hours. Once the order is processed, your hand-made art print is sent to production! This generally takes between 2-5 business days. As soon as your print is ready, we ship it out to you. Most orders in the U.S. and Canada take an additional 2-5 business days to arrive at your destination.

If your product arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing error, we will send you a free reprint or refund if you contact us within 30 days of the delivery of your product. Please send us a photo of your product. We want to make sure you're happy with your purchase!

Once we issue a refund, the refund status may remain pending for up to 2 business days, during which the funds are processed back to you. Due to varying processing times at banks across North Ameria, it might take up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to be received.
