Shipping policy
At Cozy Art Nest, we work hard to ensure that your custom art pieces are produced and delivered to you as quickly as possible. Below is what you can expect regarding production and shipping times.
Production Time
- All orders are made-to-order and typically take 3-7 business days to produce.
- Our products are manufactured in facilities across the United States and Canada to help ensure the quickest possible production times for your location.
Shipping Time
- Once your order is produced, it will be shipped via major shipping carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) and will usually arrive within 3-5 business days if you are located within the US or Canada.
- Please note that shipping times may vary during peak holiday seasons due to increased demand, and while we do our best to get your order to you on time, we cannot control potential shipping delays. We’ll do our best to keep you updated in such cases.
- Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and unincorporated territories of the United States can take an additional 7 – 12 business days.
Packaging & Protection
Your art prints are shipped with protective materials in the box to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition. We take great care in packaging to prevent damage during transit.
P.O. Boxes
At this time, we unfortunately cannot ship to P.O. boxes due to the size of our packages.
Damaged or Misprinted Orders
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or misprinted, please refer to our refund policy for more information on how to address the issue. We are committed to resolving any problems with your order as quickly as possible.
