Refund policy
At Cozy Art Nest, all of our products are made to order, which means each piece is unique and produced specifically for you. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we strive to ensure the best quality. Below is our policy regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase, no questions asked. After 12 hours, your order is sent to print, and we will no longer be able to modify or cancel it. If you need to cancel within the 12-hour window, please contact us at support@cozyartnest.com.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted if there is a manufacturing defect or the product is damaged upon arrival. We will offer a free reprint or a refund. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please let us know and contact us via email at support@cozyartnest.com. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product being made-to-order, we do not accept exchanges. To qualify for a refund, please contact us within 30 days of product delivery and provide a clear photo showing the issue. If the problem affects multiple products, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items will be required for verification.
Shipping & Delivery Issues
In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, please contact us so that we can check on the status of your delivery. We will review these on a case-by-case basis and provide you with options to ensure you receive your order.
